The Right Path program is intended for contractors with smaller bond limits and infrequent bonding needs. The program has a single limit of $750,000 and an aggregate limit of $1,250,000 for all bonds. This may be used for multiple bonds from the same contractor once the application is approved, and is subject to the requirements below. A fully completed application is required for consideration of maximum bonding limits and competitive rates, subject to underwriting review. Bond request forms are required for every project needing bonding.
